Hot Topic: Product and Education Videos not made by AI

Did they ever go away? No, not really. Covid made shooting product videos a logistical nightmare. The impact was profound enough to stop pretty much everything but “amateur” staff shoots that helped get the message out. The dependence on YouTube and other platform reviewers shot up at the same time. The only problem was, what do you put on your website? Where’s the official video? Necessity is the mother of invention. Welcome to a new style of remote product and customer training videos. Organizations ship sample products to us, and we work with their SMEs over Zoom as we shoot the needed footage. Our normal remote development process handles the rest.

Hot Topic: Using Animations to Simulate Customer Encounters

Animations are better than ever. But, can they replace filmed interaction scenarios? We think so!  Check out this short example. Not only is this approach more economical, but it’s also very flexible and straightforward to produce. Learners like them and find them engaging. If the training needs updating it’s a simple edit and not a whole re-shoot. We make animated scenario modules for HR Training, Customer Service, Sexual Harassment, On-boarding, and many other subjects. And of course we also film then when needed.
