Q: Can I choose which office to work in Boston or Tampa?
A: Yes and no. If the position you apply for is in both locations then of course. However, Tampa is more orientated toward technology and application development and Boston is the center of our animation and content development. So it all depends on the specific position.
Q: What’s your hiring policy?
A: Our culture is relaxed and fun. We are all about learning new stuff and building great productions. Naturally, we offer excellent working conditions and benefits that include health insurance, 401k (with matching), additional benefits through AFLAC, generous time-off, and more. We are an equal opportunity employer, more interested in your talent than anything else. Apply for any of our positions knowing that we hire on merit and even if we don’t hire you you will be treated with respect and kept informed throughout the process.
Q: Is your client portal secure – can anyone else see my materials?
A: Yes it is secure. We have had to submit the system to rigorous penetration testing in order to work with Insurance and other financial companies. Nothing is hack proof, but the client portal is pretty safe. Only the prescribed owner and our staff can see your content and comments.
A: Yes, we are technology agnostic (we have opinions if you want), but are happy to work in your delivery vehicle of choice.
Q: Do you help develop initial course materials and design?
A: Sure do. We are happy to start at any point in your content development cycle. We have developed content from a set of manuals, a basic instructor lead powerpoint, the notes of an SME and more.
Q: Do you work in a specific location?
A: Yes! We have and do work on a global basis. RCP Learning has completed project in China, Japan, Europe and throughout the USA. We love a challenge – if you need to train Sherpas on Everest we are your go to company.
Q: Do you hire out animators, field personnel etc.
A: No. We are a full-service learning content developer with a broad range of resources, but they are not available for separate hire.
