COVID-19 has significantly impacted both onboarding and the way employees work. Many organizations were able to adapt rapidly to training their new distributed workforces. They moved their in person training on-line. That solved the short-term problem but didn’t address how to measure effectiveness, analyze the best tactics for mixed environment training, and most importantly, how to get it done. We have designed a methodology to look at your current onboarding, provide a comprehensive picture of your organization’s needs, and to start building training specifically for distributed workforces. Animations are better than ever. But, can they replace filmed interaction scenarios? We think so! Check out this short example. Not only is this approach more economical, but it’s also very flexible and straightforward to produce. Learners like them and find them engaging. If the training needs updating it’s a simple edit and not a whole re-shoot. We make animated scenario modules for HR Training, Customer Service, Sexual Harassment, On-boarding, and many other subjects. And of course we also film then when needed.
